Where’s The Play?®: A Simple, Interactive Way to Teach Baseball Fundamentals

When my son, Drew, was starting out in Little League, he had all the basic skills but wasn't sure what to do when he fielded the ball. I had an idea how I could reach Drew and heighten his mental approach. Like physical skills, mental skills need to be practiced. I programmed the first inning of Where’s The Play?® so he could interactively practice simulated field situations. I knew an interactive approach would involve him in the learning process. By touching/clicking on choices on the screen and getting immediate feedback, whether right or wrong, he'd discover baseball principles on his own. And it worked.

Where's The Play?® is for boys and girls 5-12 playing baseball or softball. It’s a simple training tool that covers the basics of making plays in the field.

WTP is not intended for All-Star or Travel Team players. They already know what WTP teaches.

Coaches know that every time the ball is hit, each player on the field has a job! Every coach expects his team to know defensive fundamentals, and that’s what Where’s The Play?® teaches: how to play smart and stand out in the field.

Players: Learn their job on the field and know what to do when the ball is hit. They’re more confident, relaxed, and make more plays. Kids are engaged and relate to Drew, who is 12 years old and the voice of Where’s The Play?®.
